For over 25 years, NLCP has been a beacon of learning and support for our scholars and we are excited to continue this tradition for another 25 years. At the beginning of this school year we launched our Together We Rise Campaign– a strategic planning process to determine our vision and priorities for the next 25 years of NLCP. During this campaign, we are conducting focus groups, town halls, surveys, and more in order to get input from all NLCP stakeholders. 

As we look to the future, it is important to reflect on our achievements. Last year specifically, we celebrated:

SAT growth network-wide                  

95% attendance rate for the SAT test

An average of 85% peaceful days     

75% of alumni continuing their college journey

Additionally, we continue to celebrate our amazing alumni who continue to be examples of transformational leaders who are creating change in their communities. 

In order to continue fostering transformational leaders like Kobey, Whittney, and Noeisha, we need your support.  The additional cost per student amounts to $1.3 million per year to provide wraparound support such as additional social workers, academic interventions, SAT preparation, college visits, and much more.  Please make an immediate impact this holiday season and join us as we embark on the next quarter century at NLCP.
